Winter

I am winter.
I am a white beauty with danger lurking beneath.
I am a terrible monster who grins and gnash my teeth.
My gentle carassing winds carry a bitter bite,
My darkness steals away precious hours of light.
I leave an impression that cannot be wiped away,
Even when summer comes to stay.
I steal your warmth with my frozen heart,
I laugh with dark mirth as I watch things fall apart.
I am the bringer of death, icy sword in hand.
Eyes glittering as I watch my influence spread through the land.
I am winter, Queen of this broken wasteland.
Things crumble and die with the sweep of my merciless hand.
